Refunds and Returns Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging that you received it.
NO claims will be accepted for any items that have been fitted, removed or tampered with.
Email us with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
We do not offer any sort of ‘try before you buy’ schemes. No refunds are given if you do not like the look of a part after fitment. As an example, if you purchase a front bumper and, after you have fitted it, you decide you do not like how it looks, we are not able to offer you a refund as this is now a used part.
Photographic evidence of undamaged and unused products is essential, as used or damaged products, if received, will not be approved for a refund.

Approval Process:
Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 3-5 business days. If the return is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.
Restocking Fee and Shipping Costs:
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you are cancelling your order before it has been dispatched, a 10% Cancellation fee still applies, as the payment has already been made.
This is due to fees that the payment processing platforms (Visa, PayPal, Afterpay, etc.) charge us on every transaction and do not get refunded to us if we need to refund a cancelled order.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately by emailing us with the following:
- Order number
- Description of the damage or defect
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
We address such cases on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
PLEASE NOTE ** Change of mind is not a valid reason for return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over R3000/$300, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty Policy Overview
We offer a 12-month warranty on all items from the date of purchase.
The warranty is covered for the product being faulty and/or not performing as described.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by operating the products in a manner outside of what they are designed for, including:
- Damage resulting from an accident or improper use.
- Damage caused by faulty installation or modification made during installation.
- Damage caused by animals, misuse, incorrect operation, adverse weather, natural disaster or act of God or other external causes
- If the warranty claim is rejected, the product is to be returned to the buyer at their expense. Payment must be made to us within 14 days from the day of our warranty rejection notification.
If your product is damaged in the box or does not function as it should, you are entitled to return the product for a replacement or refund under the Australian and South African Consumer Law Act.
For the replacement or refund to be processed, the product must be returned and inspected by our team. The outcome of the inspection takes 3-10 business days from the date the item is received.
When the buyer has contributed to the failure or misleading of the issues in the description, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee.
We are entitled to hold the product until any outstanding fees have been paid. Storage fees will be applied beyond 14 days at 5% of the original product cost until the credit expires.
Any items that have clearly been mistreated, modified or not used as intended will be rejected, and the items will be returned to you at your cost.
