How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it.
Shipping Timelines
Due to the large number of items we sell on our website, there can sometimes be errors in the price of freight on larger items during checkout. If this is the case, we will let you know and give you the option to either refund your order in full or pay the difference in postage costs.Â
Orders are generally dispatched the next business day from our warehouse after the order is placed and payment is cleared; however, in some cases, it could take up to 3 business days during busier periods.
You will receive a unique tracking number once the order has been dispatched. The tracking will be able to trace the delivery online. If you have not received your tracking updates within 5 business days, please contact us.
Delivery time frame varies depending on the size, weight and your chosen delivery location.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
We do not ship to any PO boxes or Parcel Collect boxes. If a PO box or Parcel Collect number is input at checkout, your order will not be sent out, and one of our staff members will be in contact with you via email for an alternative address. If we do not hear back within 5 days, your order will be automatically refunded minus our cancellation fee, outlined in our cancellations policy found here.
Buyers need to take full responsibility for providing the correct delivery address and mobile phone number. If there are any changes to the address after checkout, we will need to refund the order and start a new order as soon as possible.
We will NOT ship any products anywhere other than what you have put on the order list once you have checked out your goods.Â
We are NOT liable for any delay, losses or damage to items due to courier companies unless you have purchased our optional Shipping Protection Insurance detailed below.
Shipping Protection Insurance
We want your order to arrive without snags, but we know things don’t always go as planned. That’s why we offer Shipping Protection Insurance to cover your purchase against damage, loss, or theft during transit. Our goal is to make the claims process easy, as none of us likes paperwork. If your parts arrive damaged, you will be required to provide photos and/or video evidence of the unopened, heavily damaged box.Â
Please note: Normal courier wear and tear on external cardboard boxes is to be expected. No replacements will be sent if the box containing your parts has minor wear and tear from making its journey from us to you. With every delivery, we are sent PODs (Proof of Delivery) photos; these photos show the condition of your parts. If your products are in vastly different conditions between your given photos and the photos provided to us from the courier company, your claim may be rejected.
What Shipping Protection Insurance Covers:
• Damage: If your product arrives broken, defective, or unusable due to shipping, we’ll replace it once damage is verified.
• Loss: If your parts do not arrive in a suitable amount of time and/or the tracking has stalled at a certain location, please contact our team so we can investigate further with the courier company. If the goods are proven to be lost by the courier company, we will send replacement parts out to you right away.Â
What’s Not Covered:
• Orders sent to the wrong address provided by the customer
• Minor cosmetic damage to packaging (where the product is unaffected)
• Damage that occurs after installation or use
• Delivery delays due to carrier or customs processes
• Items left unattended after delivery (if instructions were given)
How to Make a Claim:
- Contact us within 2-3 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date if lost).
- Send photos of the damage, your order confirmation, and tracking info.
- Our team will review and process your claim, usually within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Protection Insurance is automatically offered at checkout for a small fee based on your order value. If you choose not to add it, we cannot be responsible for loss, damage, or theft once your items leave our warehouse.
